SHEMROCK is promoted by the Arora family – which consists of two generations of the country’s leading educationists with over 100 years of combined experience in the field of education. It all started when Dr. D.R. Arora and Dr. (Mrs.) Bimla Arora – a husband-wife team of academicians envisioned a school that presented the children with an education system based on their 30 years of academic experience in India and Abroad. They started a model school with the simple aim of creating a child-friendly & harmonious environment, focussing on the satisfaction of a child’s inquisitive mind and thorough concept clarity. The word spread quickly. Realizing the need for a good preschool in society and by putting their experience and knowledge together, they started SHEMROCK Preschool with a unique concept that focused on playful learning.

Admission starts from 2 years of age (as of 31st March of the academic year).
In the beginning the child is made comfortable in the school by making use of both the languages to express himself. Gradually the child is conditioned to English commands, which is the requirement of the time.
Daycare facilities are available in selected branches. You need to contact the branch.
The School timings for Children are 9:00 to 12:30 (5 days – Monday to Friday). The Office remains open for 6 days (Monday to Saturday) from 8:30 to 2:30. Parents can meet the Class Teacher on Saturdays after taking a prior appointment.
The SHEMROCK Activity based method as per the child’s age and environment is used to teach them. Our entire focus is on the child and all the activities go around him. These activities are not only to clarify the concepts but also to meet the various needs of the child such as refinement of senses, motor development & the development of Art & Dance at the same time. Multimedia systems are being used to enable the child to feel comfortable with computers. The specially designed website www.shemrock.com has become an integrated part of education for the children and information for the parents.
The children are given a lot of practice through a series of Mock-Interactive Sessions conducted from time to time. This develops confidence in them. To that end, qualified educationists provide expert counselling for parents too.
