| Dr. D.R Arora, the chairman Ex -Assoc. Prof. is B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D. & Post Doctorate (University of Leeds, U.K.). Dr. D.R. Arora’s experiences include the behavioural and motivational aspects of different age groups. This husband - wife team of academicians have widely travelled and surveyed educational systems around the Globe & have received a number of awards for their dedication in creating a revolution in pre-school education in India. They have more than 30 years of teaching, research and administrative experience in reputed universities and institutions of India and abroad and have been members of several international societies. |

| Dr. (Mrs.) Bimla Arora, the founder director, was awarded the Raja Ram Mohan Roy Teachers Award for the year 2002 by Dr. Kiran Bedi, IPS. The Parent Teacher Association National Award for the year 2002 from Gen. Surender Nath (Retd.), Chairman U.P.S.C and the Peace, Mercy and Tolerance award from the Indian Institute of Ecology and Environment yet for the year 2002. She was awarded the Shakuntalam award from the Late Shri Sahib Singh Verma, Labour Minister, Govt. of India in January 2003. |

| Providing strength to the Organisation for the past decade are Amol Arora (Managing Director) and Meenal Arora (Executive Director). Both are MBAs and are doing their Phd in Educational Leadership and Management from University of Nottingham. This new generation couple are taking forward the legacy of providing quality education through Shemford Schools – an upcoming chain of 10+2 schools across India. |
| Amol Arora is the young & dynamic Managing Director of Shemrock and has played a major role in the growth of the organisation. As recognition to his leadership role in the Indian School System, he was nominated as the Chairman of the 2006 conference of Independent Schools of India. In addition, he has been awarded the “Young Entrepreneur of the year 2006” by the Governor of Delhi, for his dynamic leadership in building the Shemrock group of Schools. In the same year, Amol was also awarded by the Independent Schools Federation of India, for his contribution to the Indian education system. |

| An Engineer from the prestigious Delhi College of Engineering and a faculty scholarship holder from the University of California, where he did his MBA, Amol hopes to ensure that Shemrock is at the forefront of integration of technology with education. |
| Mrs. Meenal Arora leads the team for systems & curriculum innovations at SHEMROCK. She has been primarily responsible for designing the EduMAX™ system and curriculum, based on both the latest research findings and changing needs. She was also primarily responsible for Shemrock being awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification, the first for any preschool chain worldwide. A firm believer in constant innovation and creativity, she is credited with raising the quality of the Shemrock systems to International Standards, thanks to which Shemrock stands at par with the best preschool systems across the world. |

| Mrs. Arora is a management post graduate from the prestigious Shri Ram college of Commerce, Delhi University and is currently pursuing her doctorate at the University of Nottingham, UK. She has recently been honoured with the Club Mahindra annual award for “outstanding achievement in school management” and the Women Entrepreneur of the Year 2009 by honourable Union Minister of State of Home Affairs, Sri Sriprakash Jaiswal in New Delhi. |
