A Conference inviting ideas from the education industry expert, by the name, Education Thought Leaders Conclave 2013 was held on 30th November 2013. Mr. Amol Arora, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, SHEMROCK & SHEMFORD Group of Schools attended the Summit as a keynote speaker and talked about “How to take your school from good to great”. Other panelists present at the occasion were Mr. Rajiv Tewari (Moderator – Director, Health & Wellness Communication), Ms Shalini Nambiar (Director – Excelisor American School, Gurgaon), Dr Sarwesh Naidu (Director, Pathways Global), Ms Manika Sharma (Director, Shri Ram School), Mr, Lon W Mc Daniel (Amity Global School), Dr. YC Halan (Editor-Responsible Parenting) and Mr. Rahul Dev (Founder Samayak Foundation)

The 3rd edition of VCCircle Education Investment Summit 2012, was held on 22nd November 2012 at Hotel Le Meridian. Mr. Amol Arora, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, SHEMROCK & SHEMFORD Group of Schools was specially invited to present his views on new opportunities in the Preschool segment. He also spoke about the challenges to scale and create successful business models in this sector. The session was moderated by Mr. Anand Sudarshan (Venture Advisor, TVS Capital) and the panel also included renowned personalities like Mr. Ram Kishan Verma (The Chief Mentor, Resonance Eduventures), Mr. Raj Grover (Chief Mentor , Kangaroo Kids Education Ltd) and Mr. Sharad Talwar (CEO, IndiaCan Education).

The Asian Summit on Education & Skills (ASES) was held on 12th September 2013 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon Mumbai. The summit was presided by Shri Ashok Thakur, Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. Mr. Amol Arora, Vice-Chairman & Managing Director, SHEMROCK & SHEMFORD Group of Schools, was also invited to speak for the Session Education and Training – A Service or an Industry, on the occasion.

166th Management Skills Orientation Program (MSOP) was organized by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India at the ICSI-NIRC Building, Plot No 4, Prasad Nagar Institutional Area, New Delhi. Eminent speakers from Financial Institutions, Banking Sector, Government Deptts., Stock Exchanges, PSUs besides senior Company Secretaries were invited to share their experiences with the participants. Mr. Amol Arora, the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, SHEMROCK & SHEMFORD Group of Schools, was invited as the Chief Guest for the inaugural function. Mr. Arora also interacted with participants who have already passed the final examination of the ICSI and shared the success mantra for being a professional.
