One of the most well-known names in the European Education World, HITSA IT Foundation for Education Conference in Estonia, invited Mr. Amol Arora, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, SHEMROCK and SHEMFORD Group of Schools to address the European audience, as a Keynote Speaker. The session was held on 15th April, 2016 at the Kumu Art Museum, Estonia, wherein the topic of discussion was “Use of ICT in Indian Schools”. HITSA is a non-profit association which by hosting such events brings together entrepreneurs, investors, IT professionals, government leaders and policy makers from all over the world. Mr. Amol Arora shared his expert knowledge on how ICT has been emerging as an area with lots of potential for making educational process more meaningful in Indian Education Sector.

Mr. Amol Arora, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, SHEMROCK & SHEMFORD Group of Schools, was invited to chair the panel discussion at Bett Middle East Leadership Forum & Expo, Abu Dhabi. This international leaders’ meet that took place on 6th & 7th April, 2016 was held at the Hotel Intercontinental with the agenda: “How will the lack of real disruption in IT industries affect learning and teaching?” Bett is a renowned global meeting place for the education technology community. It is an international platform where education and technology leaders, decision-makers, experts and professionals from all parts of the world gather to discuss the issues of international concern in the field of education. At the Middle East edition of this esteemed speaking platform, Mr. Amol Arora was the only representative from India.

Yet again, we have a proud moment to share with you. One of the most eminent education industry leaders, Mr. Amol Arora (Vice Chairman & Managing Director- SHEMROCK & SHEMFORD Group of Schools) has been honoured with whopping 3 awards for the best schools of India of his Schools at a ceremony following the conference where he also shared his valuable insights on the topic: “Is Your School Future Ready?” which was worth listening to. The 3rd Digital Learning School Leadership Summit was held at the Le Meridian Hotel, New Delhi on 18th February, 2016. Many officials from the Ministry of Education and influential leaders as well as speakers from across the world were present at the event. What happened to be the best and one of the memorable achievements on this conference is that Mr. Amol Arora was conferred with 3 awards for the best Schools of India for his 3 schools- SHEMFORD Agra, SHEMROCK International Jammu and SHEMROCK Heritage, Rohini, Delhi.

This was another manifestation of the leadership position of the SHEMROCK & SHEMFORD Group. Mr. Amol Arora was also invited to speak at the Learning & Teaching Expo, Hong Kong in December, 2015, another international conference where he was the only representative from the private education sector in India. The Learning & Teaching Expo is an education show established in Hong Kong that is supported by the Education Bureau of the Government of the HKSAR, Hong Kong Education City and the education communities in Hong Kong, China and the Asia Pacific Region. The Expo is an annual platform for the school teachers, management and educators in Asia to discover about the latest development in educational resources and learning technology.

Mr. Amol Arora was a key panelist at the “3rd National Conference on K-12 Leadership” event, held on 12th December, 2015 at the Chancery Pavilion, Bengaluru. The event also had a dedicated team of keynote speakers and panelists who discussed about the early brain development using the power of play. The goal of this event was to create an open platform for all educators to discuss current trends, burning issues and achievements in the education industry.
