The selection of students will be on the basis of points scored:
- Commencement of Admission process: 01.01.2013
- Commencement of availability of application form for admission: 01.01.2013
- Last date of the receipt of application forms: 15.01.2013
- Last date for displaying the list of selected children including EWS & Disadvantaged Group category (including waiting list): 15.02.2013
- Last date of displaying 2nd list (if required) : 28.02.2013
Closure of admission process: 30.03.2013
Mode of Distribution & receipt of Forms : By hand
LIST OF SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS ON SUBMISSION:
Attested copies of the following documents to be submitted along with the form:
- Proof of date of birth.
- Proof of residential address.
- One photograph each of student and parents.
- Medical Fitness Certificate of the child.
- Affidavit for First Child/Single Child (Attested by First Class Magistrate & in original.
- Sibling – Report card of elder child in the same school (Photocopy).
- Single Parent – Divorce/death certificate of spouse.
- Transfer – Transfer letter/proof from current employer (No e-mail).
- EWS/Disadvantaged group Certificate – As per Directorate of Education guidelines.
