ShemFAST - "Shemrock Families And Schools Together" - our new software!
Parents can now check their child’s progress report by the click of a button. “ShemFAST” – a software developed by the R&D team of Shemrock allows the parents to be up-to–date on their kids activities by simply logging into the software.

Parents can get all messages pertaining to all the Parent Teacher Meets (PTMs), events and celebrations in the school, any festival or fest organized by the school authorities– all such information can be digitally accessed by the parents in the comforts of the four walls by simply logging onto the Log In Id provided by the school. The parents can check all these messages and much more by checking the inbox section of the Log-in ID given.

Any remarks made by the teacher will be updated in the software which can be accessed by the parents 24x7. Further more, the software will also have a Photo Gallery Section specific to that particular branch which will showcase all the school events and activities taken place in that particular school term – a memory of the kid’s efforts.

Now planning outstation trips will also be easy for the parents as a list of all the Holidays can be viewed in the ID provided. They can also view the School Calendar which will have updated information on all upcoming events to be held in the school and all past events too. All celebrations, festivals, holidays, Special Days, PTM Meets, School Trips and excursions, Play Days, Outings – can be easily known through the School Calendar by any parent who wants to track the school activities for the year.

Also parents can have a look at the current status of the Fees of the ward and plan accordingly. In addition to all these, the student’s profile will also be uploaded on the ShemFAST Software with information regarding the Name, Address, Date Of birth, Residence Phone Number, Mobile Number of both the parents. In case a kid has an allergy to something, then this information will also be there in the Profile, thus serving as a Medical record of sorts.

Parents can also benefit from the “Registration Alert”. They can look up the list of schools in Delhi and select the schools for which they want Admission/Registration Alerts. The software will automatically send the alert to the parent’s ID as soon as the Registration Process starts in the school selected by them and notify the parent. Instead of going over numerous newspapers and scanning the websites of the schools for admission dates, the Shemrokites parents have now one more option in their kitty besides Twitter updates and regular Blog feeds.
