the person who is sitting on recseption is verry rudd she pick yhe phone and ask i dont have any information and dont call again here.very bad impression first impression is last impression.if the reception is giveng this type of response then what is my child gain from the school

i want to talk about my son,s addmission, as we are not getting so much of points as according to the point system but i want to send him in the most reputed school such as spring dales but in this also we are getting only 20 points. so, please suggest me what should i do or to whom should i talk to reggarding this matter.
