Important Instructions

The self attested / attested copies of the following documents are required to be submitted along with the duly filled and signed registration form:

    1. Date of Birth Certificate of child
    2. Any proof of residential address (Voter I.D. Card / Ration Card/ Latest paid electricity/mtnl bill / passport). In case of rental accommodation valid Rent Agreement and an affidavit on stamp paper to be submitted. School reserves the right to verify the residential address through home visit.
    3. In case of sibling the school I-Card or last paid fee receipt
    4. In case of child with special need – Certificate of disability issued by competent authority.
    5. Self certification of parents with regard to first born child.
    6. Medical fitness certificate / vaccination/immunization card of the child issued by Medical Officer.
    7. In case of single parent a valid/legal proof of his/her single status.
    8. Alumni Proof : Passing Certificate / Mark Sheet of the DAV Institute.
    9. Proofs of Educational Qualification of parents (It will not form a part of admission criteria. It will be used only for school data processing).

Note: Any discrepancy observed in the registration form and/or supporting documents submitted by the applicant shall lead to the invalidity and cancellation of the registration.
