Instructions and Documents Required:

• Birth Certificate of the child issued by Municipal Corporation of Delhi.
• Residential Proof (at least two)
• Self-Certification of parents with regard to First Born child.
• In case of Sibling Applicants – the School Identity Card of sibling studying in DPS Rohini
• In case of Single Parent – legal documents (Death Certificate and Undertaking of Single Status)
• Proof of Transfer to Delhi – Transfer Order and joining report stating date of transfer and date of joining.
• In case of Alumni – a copy of the passing certificate of AISSE (Class X) & AISSCE (Class XII) issued by CBSE
• In case of applicants with Minimum Special Needs – Appropriate Medical Certificate from a registered specialist associated with a Government Hospital or a recognized established Private Hospital.
• Photocopy of the form duly filled along with photographs of parents (one each).
• Both the parents are required to be present.
• Don’t bring your child at the time of verification

Kindly ensure that you follow these instructions and take all the required documents to the School with duly attested photocopies of the same.
