Application forms

Forms can be purchased from the school reception on

7^th November 2009 from 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and
9^th to 12^th November 2009 from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.

Eligibility :

The child should complete 3 years by 31/03/2010

Submission of forms on:

14^th November from 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and
16^th and 17^th November from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
