Last Date for Submission of forms:

Duly filled forms will be accepted from 9th November to 14th November 2009

Registration open for Nursery

Eligibility Criteria
Children born between 1st April, 2006 and 31st March, 2007.
Preference given to children living within 3 km radius and whose real brother or sister is studying in the school.
Date of Issue of Forms:
Online Forms can be downloaded from school’s website from 7th Oct – 14th Oct 2009.
Last Date for Submission of forms:
Application forms can be submitted at school counter from 20th Oct- 22nd Oct 2009 between 8.30 to 11.30 am.
Processing Fees Rs.100 /- (Non-refundable), to be paid in cash along with duly filled forms.
Requirements:
• 2 Passport sized photographs of the candidate
• Birth Registration Certificate
• Immunization Records issued by RMO
• Proof Of Residence
• In case of Christian , Baptism Certificate is mandatory
• Orthodox Christian applicant shall submit the certificate from Vicar/Priest along with Baptism Certificate.
• SC/ST/OBC Certificate (if applicable) to be submitted
• Family Photograph.
• Medical fitness certificate.
