Nursery admission has started in National capital Region (NCR) while in Delhi it will start by the end of this month. Huge rush can been seen outside famous schools like Delhi Public School, GD Goenka Public School, Apeejay School, Lotus valley International School etc.

The Delhi’s nursery admissions are basically governed by the Directorate of Education that further details the criteria to be followed by schools whereas there is no such regulatory body to administer the admission process in the NCR region.

Today getting admission into nursery class is as tough as clearing the board exams therefore parents really need to be active and alert. Nursery admissions in NCR have started in the 1st week of September and will continue till the last week. Due to incomplete information and busy work schedule many parents have already missed the last dates but…but…there is nothing to worry about as today we have a number of nursery admission forums and sites that provides you with complete information regarding various schools and their admission procedure.

Some of the well known sites wherein parents can get good information on nursery admissions are – www.nurseryadmissions.com, www.admissionsnursery.com, www.shemrock.com/blog, schooladmissionindia.com etc.

It is to be noted that this time many schools have decided to take admissions on first cum first basis. Moreover the parents interactive session is also going to be tougher so you really need to be alert for your childs admission.

For more educational information or nursery admission details visit our websites:

www.shemrock.com, www.shemford.com, www.dpspinjore.com

Good Luck…

Shemrock and Twitter to be integrated soon

As Shemrock is soon to have a presence on Twitter, so we would suggest the parents of Shemrockites to have an account on Twitter. This will help them in getting the Twitter feeds on their cell phones as soon as a post is updated on the ShemBlog. Especially during these days, when all the parents are clamoring to be the first in the queue for Nursery Admissions in various schools, timely and prompt information is of immense value. This way our Shemrockites will definitely have an edge over others.

How to be on Twitter?

  • Register your email id on Twitter website by going to www.Twitter.com.
  • After you have registered you can follow any of the groups/users on Twitter by just checking on Twitter.  Find the Shemrock group and check the box of “Follow”. This way you will now have all the feeds that Shemrock posts on Twitter.

To Get Twitter Feeds( Tweets) on your cell phone:

  • Go to Settings in your twitter account.
  • Proceed to the Devices tab there.
  • Add your cell phone number on which you want to receive updates.
  • Tick Checkbox allowing “Twitter Feeds on Cellphone”
